Teams

Standish Panthers JFC has a committed group of volunteer FA qualified managers and assistant managers. Each team’s manager has achieved a minimum FA qualification of a Level 1 Youth Award and the Club supports all of its volunteers to continue their training through the more advanced FA Youth Award Modules. The team manager for all teams receive regular First Aid and Child Welfare training and is vetted through the disclosure barring service. Our managers are trained to create a challenging and fun environment that places as much value on the social and emotional development of children as on improvements in their technical football skills and physical abilities.
