Standish Panthers are seeking a committed volunteer to help promote positive behaviour, respect, and high standards across our junior football club.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and uphold the club’s Codes of Conduct for players, coaches, and parents.
• Act as the main point of contact for discipline matters.
• Support coaches in addressing poor behaviour fairly and consistently.
• Investigate incidents when required and recommend appropriate action.
• Work closely with the Club Welfare Officer and Committee to maintain a safe, respectful environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Calm, fair, and approachable individual.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Organised and able to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Commitment to creating a positive, child-centred football environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape the culture and standards of our club and support the development of young players both on and off the pitch. Experience of working with children or within the public services sector would be preferred but not essential.
