Hi my name is Kenny Howard, manager of Standish Panthers u9s football team. We play in the Wigan & District Youth League and play at the moment in a 7v7 format ,our home ground is the Convent, off Roundmoor Road, Standish. I have a squad of 9 players at the moment and am helped by my trusting assistant Dave Hatton.

The team was set up in nov 2008 by myself and Paul Green who was a great help at the beginning of the venture and im sure Paul will be just as proud as me in the way the team has developed ,as he has previously coached the kids on saturday morning at the soccerdome from being 4 years of age.

As well as the football side of things we try and develop the kids into being good, responsible people and play the game with the upmost respect for their opponents and officals during the season.
